います。シングルカットはされていない筈ですが、日本でも人気の高い一
曲です。愛の終わりと時の流れを表現した歌詞が秀逸だと思います。
Eaglesの曲では以前に訳した"Desperado"も難解でしたが、この曲で一番
難しかったのが"Sometimes to keep it together,we got to leave it alone."の
部分。色々な解釈ができると思いますが、一つの愛が終わった女性とそれ
を見守る男性、時の流れによる2人の関係性の変化をイメージして、訳して
みました。
